Abortion: Grief and Loss

Abortion isn’t a word we’re not used to hearing.  Women’s rights are all over the news, and most of us are familiar with Roe v. Wade.  But what most of us don’t realize is the number of women who have had abortions (even some 20+ years ago) and are still struggling internally.

It’s a loss, and there’s grief involved no matter what way you look at it.  My heart sinks when I hear the stories, but yet I rejoice when I hear of the women who go through the healing and can speak of God’s redemption through it.

There are countless symptoms involved in grief – some even seemingly unrelated to loss.  Grief also has no timeline and can creep up out of what seems like nowhere.

Are you suffering?  Do you know someone who is?  Maybe someone has confided in you and only you.  Encourage her to seek help.  She’s not alone.  We are never alone.

We offer post-abortive healing.  Contact us today for more information.  We love walking this path with you.
